Thumb Region Youth Partnerships

The Thumb Region Youth Partnership is an initiative to reduce the number of youth experiencing homelessness in St. Clair, Sanilac, Huron, Tuscola, and Lapeer Counties. The program will provide youth with housing support, connect them to employment and education opportunities, and increase the youths wellbeing by providing life skills education, case management, and referrals to community partners to meet basic, health, legal, and other needs.

Our mission is to prevent and end youth homelessness in our communities. We can achieve this by providing homeless youth the supports and skills they need to help them achieve self-sufficiency and independence. Our vision is to intervene when a youth is homeless and provide them the tools they need to prevent them from becoming chronically homeless adults.
