Wings of the Harbor Outreach

Our Street Outreach program provides street-based outreach to runaway, homeless and street youth between the ages 9-20.
The Program Provides:
  • Crisis intervention
  • Support groups for youth
  • Support Groups for Parent’s/Guardians
  • Counseling
  • Personal  hygiene packs,
  • A Listening Ear
  • Community Support
  • Educational support
  • Referral to The Harbor, Emergency shelter for youth
  • Assists Guardians in obtaining benefits

Our Mission

The Wings of the Harbor Outreach staff meet with runaway, homeless and street youth between the ages of 18 to 21 on the streets, at youth venues, schools, and parks, to assist with ensuring youth are safe and secure and have access to basic needs such as healthy food, hygiene items, clothing, transportation, assistance with entering safe and secure shelters, and assisting youth with reunifying with their families.

Outreach Staff go out into the community daily. The Wings of the Harbor Outreach staff will have identifying shirts and jackets. If you see us, please come and meet the team.
