Our Mission
The Harbor (SOP) staff meet with runaway, homeless and street youth between the ages of 9-20 on the streets, at youth venues, schools, and parks, to assist with ensuring youth are safe and secure and have access to basic needs such as healthy food, hygiene items, clothing, transportation, assistance with entering safe and secure shelters, and assisting youth with reunifying with their families.
SOP Staff go out into the community daily, look for our white Jeep with our logo on the sides! The Harbor SOP staff will have identifying shirts and jackets. If you see us, please come and meet the team.
